Licence Terms

Grant
On purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the agent skill, and to use in software you build anything your coding agent produces with it, including adaptations of the reference files the skill contains. Perpetual means it does not expire, including if you stop receiving updates or the product is discontinued.
What is permitted
Use in unlimited projects owned or operated by you or your employer. Modification of the source to fit your codebase. Deployment of derived work in production, commercial or otherwise.
What is not permitted
Redistribution or resale of the source, in whole or in substantial part. Publishing the source in a public repository, gist, or article. Inclusion in a product whose primary value is the code itself, which includes templates, starter kits, and competing SEO products.
Sharing repository access or a licence key beyond the seats purchased. Activations are counted; enforcement is soft, and contact is made before any access is removed.
Seats
The agent skill includes one developer seat. A seat is a person, not a machine: one developer may use their seat on as many machines and in as many coding agents as they work in.
Your copy is stamped with your email address and licence key. Committing it to a public repository is redistribution, so add the folder to .gitignore if your repository is public or may become public.
Warranty
The agent skill and the files it contains are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Changes your agent makes with it are your code: review and test it in your own environment before deploying it, exactly as you would any dependency. No liability is accepted for loss arising from its use.
Termination
The licence terminates on refund, and repository access is revoked automatically. Code already deployed under a refunded licence must be removed. The licence also terminates on a material breach of the restrictions above, with notice and a reasonable period to correct.
