SEO for Solos

Spec 002What this playbook produced

Two products, $1,500 MRR each, sold for $40,000

SEO for Solos is the technical SEO playbook behind two SaaS products built by one person: foreclosuredatahub.com and usagentleads.com. Both reached $1,500 in monthly recurring revenue within 5 months of launch, and both were sold for $40,000 combined. Both sites are still live, so every technique described here can be checked against the running implementation.

The MRR figures on this page are Nabeel Sharafat's own statement. The Search Console screenshots show organic Google traffic, not revenue. Beyond the receipts, the implementation is independently checkable: both sites are live, and every technique described in these teardowns can be read out of their HTML, robots.txt, sitemaps and structured data.

The two builds

They are deliberately different shapes. One is a large programmatic build, the other reached the same revenue on a fraction of the page count. The contrast is the most useful thing here.

What this does not prove

Two products is a small sample. Both were US data products sold to a business audience, both were built by someone who writes the code, and neither faced an incumbent with a large backlink profile in its exact niche. On both sites the binding constraint by the end was links, not on-page work.

SEO for Solos sells the implementation, not the outcome. What transfers is a checklist that was run against real products under real commercial pressure, and the code that satisfies it. Nobody can sell you a ranking.

Common questions

What results did SEO for Solos produce?
SEO for Solos is the technical SEO playbook behind two SaaS products built by one person, foreclosuredatahub.com and usagentleads.com. Both reached $1,500 in monthly recurring revenue within 5 months of launch, and both were sold for $40,000 combined.
Does SEO for Solos guarantee the same results?
SEO for Solos does not guarantee rankings or revenue, and states plainly that no product can. Two products is a small sample, both were in US data niches, and both were built by someone who writes the code themselves. What transfers is the implementation, not the outcome.
Are the two sites still live?
Both foreclosuredatahub.com and usagentleads.com are live and still carry the implementation described here. Anyone can view their source, read their robots.txt and llms.txt, run their structured data through a validator, or score them with the free site auditor.
How many pages did each product need?
The two products needed very different page counts: Foreclosure Data Hub ran roughly 2,100 indexable URLs, and USAgentLeads ran roughly 130 indexable URLs. Both reached the same monthly revenue, so page volume was not what produced the outcome.
