The policy

Any SEO for Solos purchase may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. No questions are asked, no reason is required, and no retention offer is made.

Refunds on information products typically run between two and five percent. The conversion lift from stating this plainly exceeds the loss, which is why it is here rather than buried.

How to request one

Reply to your purchase receipt, or email the address on the about page, with the email used at checkout. It is processed within two working days and the money returns by the original payment route, which usually takes a further three to five days depending on your bank.

What happens to access

Access to the agent skill download is revoked automatically, and the licence key is revoked.

Your checklist progress is untouched, and the playbook stays free to read in full. Nothing you did with the free product is affected by refunding the paid one.

Code already deployed under a refunded licence should be removed, as the licence terminates on refund.
